Performance Marketing Manager


Your responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analysing and optimising all online performance marketing activities around Paid Search, Natural Search, Email, CRM, Paid Social Media, Loyalty Programs, and Affiliate Marketing.

Reporting to: Head of Marketing


Scope of the role includes:

• Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends; Determine monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets.   

• Track and evaluate KPIs of all paid marketing channels (email, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, shopping engines, affiliates, referring partners, social, etc.) by country and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend.

• Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.   

• Work with affiliate networks to recruit new affiliates and negotiate commissions, build relationships and increase engagement with existing affiliates, ensuring the correct and timely delivery of campaign materials.  

• Plan email-marketing calendar and executions in close cooperation with Brand Marketing. Manage the execution of these campaigns. Measure results and ROI of these campaigns. Build an email-target database and define opportunities to grow the size of the database.   

• Work with the Brand Marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels (onsite, social, mobile, stores) and to ensure both strong commercial and consistent brand messages.   

• Site optimization: Define opportunities on site (structure) and content to drive Search Engine Optimization   

• Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders


Requirements:

a) A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable;

eCommerce Executive - Marketplace (APAC)


Join us to help build the brand's presence and improve conversion in relevant marketplaces in APAC regions.

Reporting to: Head of Marketing


Scope of the role includes:

1. Maintain and optimise online marketplace's product listing and store front

2. Assist in planning promo mechanisms and executing all online marketplace campaigns.

3. Building business relationships with online marketplace person in charge and negotiate for better deals.

4. Collaborate with designers to plan campaigns and improve conversion on our online marketplace stores across multiple platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon & etc)

5. Identifying trends and insights, optimising marketing spend and performance based on insights.

6. Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce and sales reports.

Marketing Communications Executive (MY+ID)


As a food startup's Marketing & Communications Executive, we are looking for someone who loves food and living a healthy lifestyle. You will be mentored by the Marketing & Communications Manager where you will learn to plan, strategise and execute the company's marketing campaigns for the Company website and Social Media platforms to create brand awareness & conversions. You will also be liaising with influencers, partners & the media community to establish our position as a healthy snack food purveyor in the community.

Reporting to: Marketing Communications Manager


Scope of the role includes:

1. Social marketing strategy - continuously improve Company’s social marketing strategy (focusing on but not limited to social media) according to business objectives and campaigns with clear customer acquisition and engagement goals for Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines;

2. Facebook & Instagram platform management – be the brand voice and reinforce brand identity through effective execution of posts, stories and other engagement tools for Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines;

3. Content planning – work with the Content Production team and Manager to plan the content (visual and caption) according to the Company’s marketing and campaign needs for Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines;

4. Influencer outreach and community building – research and develop relationships with relevant influencers for the Company across Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines;

5. PR & Media Relations - ensure Company branding and latest developments are featured timely on relevant online and offline media platforms by identifying, communicating with and building relationships with the members of the media from Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines;

6. Performance Tracking – assist the Manager in developing analytical reports and collating data from the Company’s social media & PR efforts in Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines and present analysis and recommendations to Company’s management

IT Manager

Reporting to: Head of Marketing & CEO


Scope of the role includes:

1. Manage the brand's hosting and domain account;

2. Optimise brand's website operations;

3. Create landing pages, product listings and other services available;

4. Accountable for the purchase, maintenance, upgrade of all IT hardware and software assets;

5. Ensuring a smooth daily operations online;

6. Propose solutions to meet strategic objectives;

7. Responsible for all financial aspects of the team.


Competency Level:

1. Degree in Software Engineering or IT related field

2. Minimum 3 years of related experience in e-commerce industry

3. Familiar with Magento, PHP, JavaScript, HTML & CSS

4. Well versed in Google Analytics, Klaviyo and any other marketing automation and analytics platform

5. Experienced with reporting using BI tools and other data visualisation system knowledge in CX, CRM software is a plus

Production Supervisor

Reporting to: Head of Production


Scope of the role includes:

1. Assist to plan, estimate, set and schedule production according to the requirements from the orders, sales and the Company’s expansion plans;

2. Work closely with other departments to prepare and plan material usage based on demands whilst ensuring plans are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner and negotiate timelines when deemed necessary;

3. Monitor, assess and schedule maintenance and calibration for production machinery and facilities to ensure minimal downtime;

4. Assist to assess, estimate, forecast and request for the purchase of spare parts for machinery;

5. Ensure industry level health and safety regulations are met at all times;

6. Work closely with the Quality Control Department to assess, determine and enforce quality control standards together with workflow policies to enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety and integrity at all times;

7. Assist to assess, plan and create schedules for team members to ensure optimum staffing levels including working with Human Resource to forecast staffing requirements whenever necessary with the aim to build a lean yet organised production team;

8. Assist to conduct introduction and training for all new team members and schedule regular refresher training courses for new and current team members;

9. Provide motivation, support, guidance and discipline to all team members and communicate all issues, problems or obstacles to Human Resource and Management;

10. Assess, evaluate and set reporting systems and KPI for each team generally and each team member specifically;

11. Assess and manage production efficiency by improving current Standard Operating Procedures and ensure the proper implementation of the same.

12. All other tasks as deemed necessary to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

Procurement Executive


Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager


Scope of the role includes:

Procurement:

1) Source and negotiate of best price offers for commodities to support business operations;

2) Execute purchasing contracts for commodities to reduce price fluctuations;

3) Analyse purchase orders and delivery time with the aim to reduce operating capital, increase inventory turnover and increase payment terms;

4) Collect and report market information, prepare price forecasts for budgeting as well as monitor and analyse market development and initiate changes;

5) Expand our network of suppliers with the aim to provide flexibility and adaptability in case of major shifts in global industry dynamics;

6) Actively optimise supplier base and suggest alternative raw materials by following developments of new suppliers and innovations in the market;

7) Ensure all procurement processes are in accordance with the most suitable audit conditions;

8) Participate in identifying, developing, improving and controlling procurement policies, system and practices.


Sourcing:
9) Liaise and follow up with overseas Suppliers to ensure purchases are on schedule;

10) Verify and confirm accuracy of Purchasing Invoices together with shipping documents and submit to the Accounts Department for payment;

11) Coordinate and liaise with Customs Officers and logistic service providers on clearance of our goods;

12) Assist to source new ingredients for future campaign launches fully understand product restrictions and legal requirements;

13) Work closely with the R&D and QC team on product launch campaigns and product information;

14) Assist in monitoring upcoming levels of demand against current stocks levels to maximize business efficiency;

15) Ensure costing documents are filed and organised timely;

16) Analyse data and calculate costs of procurement with the aim of decreasing expenditure.


Requirements:

1) Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in procurement and/or logistics related field. Professional knowledge of procurement practices, supply markets, terms, negotiation concepts will be an added advantage.

2) Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in sourcing and supplier related operations.

3) Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cross-departmental communication.

4) Competent in the usage and application of current and relevant computer software.

5) Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data.

Business Development Executive (Modern Trade)


We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Modern Trade) for our Malaysia office to grow our retail presence and branding. The candidate will be developing and executing the company’s trade marketing plans across all our Malaysian market.


Scope of the role includes:

1. Develop new customer accounts and growing clientele base;

2. Manage, service and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation;

3. Execute sales activities to achieve sales target, revenue & growth;

4. Review sales plans and activities with the Business development team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of sales targets;

5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships to remain consistent with business principles;
