This recipe takes less than 30 mins to prepare and is nutrition-packed with nut butter, coconut oil, and others. For those who are concerned about gluten, good news. This is also a gluten-free recipe!

Cookie Dough

 

1.Place almond butter, coconut oil and coconut sugar in a large bowl, mix until completely smooth.

2.Then, add in flour. Mixing each one until well combined before adding the next. Start with almond flour, then move onto arrowroot flour and finally oat flour.

3.2 tablespoon of nut milk to help moisten the batter. Then add in chocolate chunks, pretzel and some flaky sea salt.

4.Scoop dough into balls slightly larger than a golf ball. Use your hands to roll the dough into a tight ball.

5.Chill in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
