To get a little geeky, did you know that mangoes are loaded with vitamin C while bananas are high in vitamin B6? This means that this smoothie bowl may not only keep your cholesterol levels in check but has the potential to improve your mood.

As for passion fruit, this low-calorie fruit packs a punch despite its size. Risks of heart disease and diabetes may be potentially lowered due to the high capacity of antioxidants and dietary fibre. I don't know about you but this smoothie sure is the only tango I'd willingly participate in!

Ingredients:

1 cup mango cubes

1/2 cup banana, frozen

2 tbsp Extra Smooth Almond Butter

Toppings:

Apple Crumble Trail Mix

Papaya

Passion Fruit  (scoop the pulp out!)

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender

Blend till smooth.

Add desired toppings!
